A favorite of mine that I didn't think to share until I was making it for my Thanksgiving dinner! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do...

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 box jiffy corn bread mix
1 can(s) whole kernel corn (drained)
1 can(s) cream style corn
8 oz sour cream
1 stick butter

Steps:

  • 1. Melt butter in mixing bowl.
  • 2. Add both cans of corn, and sour cream. Mix well.
  • 3. Add Jiffy mix and mix well.
  • 4. Bake 9in 8x8 pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
