This is my Son's favorite chili. It just spicy enough for him. He has me add a Habanero for good measure...lol! This can be cooked on the stove or in a crock pot. I have made it in both... either way its a mighty tasty dish...Enjoy!! My photos

Steps:
- 1. Chop onion, peppers,garlic.
- 2. Place meat in Dutch oven or similar on stove top burner. Brown meat on medium heat setting for 5 to 7 minutes. Add the vegetables and cook till tender, drain.
- 3. Add all other ingredients in crock pot or dutch oven to finish cooking.
- 4. Cook for 4 hours on low in slow cooker or cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours on medium to medium low heat on stove top burner.
- 5. Enjoy...make this chili as hot or mild as you like, depending on the amount of peppers and spices you use.
