1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced
2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in half
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
4 cloves garlic, diced
1 lime
10 oz canned diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained
flour tortilla
cheese, optional
sour cream, optional
guacamole, optional

Steps:

  • Add half of the sliced peppers and onions to your slow cooker.
  • Layer the chicken and coat all sides with taco seasoning.
  • Top with garlic, the juice from one lime, and tomatoes (be sure to drain).
  • Add the remaining peppers and onions, cover and any remaining lime juice.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Remove chicken and cut/shred into slices (chicken left longer will tend to shred more - cook to your preference).
  • Return the sliced chicken to the slow cooker to marinate in the juices for about 10 more minutes (on LOW) until ready to serve.
  • NOTE: If you find that there is too much liquid, you can remove till there is a desired amount before serving.
  • Assemble Fajitas to your liking - we recommend topping with cheese, sour cream, and guacamole!

1 pork boneless loin roast (2 1/2 lb), trimmed of fat

1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak (could also use flank steak)
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 small can (4 oz) diced green chiles
1 Tablespoon lime juice
2 cups water
1 onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
8 soft tortillas

Steps:

  • Cut sirloin steak into bite-size pieces.
  • Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place steak in slow cooker with chiles, soup mix, lime juice, and water and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
  • Slice onion and bell peppers into strips. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat on stove top and add olive oil. Saute peppers and onion in skillet until tender.

1 jalapeno pepper (seeded and chopped)
2 teaspoons minced garlic
4 red bell peppers (chopped)
1 onion (diced)
6 tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese - optional topping
2 avocados (diced) - optional topping
1/2 cup sour cream - optional topping
2 limes (juiced) - optional topping
1/4 cup cilantro (chopped) - optional topping

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper.
  • Rub the spice mixture over all sides of the flank steak, place it in the bottom of the slow cooker, and add the soy sauce.
  • Top the flank steak with the jalapeno, garlic, bell peppers, and onion. There's no need to add any water or other liquid.

•1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
•1 teaspoon cumin
•1 teaspoon coriander
•½ teaspoon salt
•¼ teaspoon black pepper
•2 tablespoons soy sauce, preferably the low-sodium variety
•1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
•2 cloves garlic, minced
•4 - 5 bell peppers, any color
•1 onion

Steps:

  • 1.Mix together the dry spices with a fork including the chili powder, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper. 2.Rub the spice mixture over all sides of the flank steak and place it in the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle the soy sauce on top. 3.Top the flank steak with the diced jalapeno and minced garlic. Slice the bell peppers and onion and throw those on top of the steak as well. 4.Turn the slow cooker onto HIGH and cook for 5 - 6 hours or until the steak can easily be shredded with two forks. 5.Drain the meat and peppers well then serve with the recommended fajita "fixings" (listed above).   • Remove pork from cooker; place on cutting board. Shred pork, using 2 forks. Return pork to cooker and mix well. Stir in stir-fry vegetables and salt. Increase heat setting to High. Cover and cook 30 minutes or until mixture is hot and vegetables are tender.
  • Using slotted spoon to remove pork mixture from cooker, fill each tortilla with 1/2 cup pork mixture. Fold one end of tortilla up about 1 inch over filling; fold right and left sides over folded end, overlapping. Fold remaining end down. Serve with cheese, guacamole and sour cream.

2 lb flank or skirt steak or chicken breast
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 red pepper, sliced in strips
1 green pepper, sliced in strips
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c vegetable oil
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

Steps:

  • 1. Cut meat against the grain into 1/2 diagonal strips.
  • 2. Place in the slow cooker.
  • 3. Top with onions and peppers.
  • 4. In a small bowl, combine garlic, jalapenos, chili powder, cumin, salt, oil, and lemon juice.
  • 5. Pour mixture over the meat and veggies.

Steps:

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 large red bell pepper, cut into thin strips

¾ cup chunky salsa
2 (1.4 ounce) packages fajita seasoning mix
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
16 (10 inch) flour tortillas
½ cup Shredded cheese
½ cup Chopped tomatoes

Steps:

  • Open Reynolds® Slow Cooker Liner and place it inside a 5- to 6 1/2-quart slow cooker bowl. Fit liner snugly against the bottom and sides of bowl; pull top of liner over rim of bowl.
  • Place chicken in Reynolds® Slow Cooker Liner. Place onions and bell peppers on top of chicken.
  • Mix salsa, fajita seasoning mix and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl. Pour over chicken. Place lid on slow cooker.
  • Cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours OR on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours until chicken is done.
  • Carefully remove lid to allow steam to escape. Gently stir chicken and sauce with a plastic or wooden slotted spoon. 1 pound(s) boneless pork shoulder roast, trimmed
3/4 cup(s) mild salsa
1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
3/4 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
3 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
1 tablespoon(s) white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1 medium avocado, cubed
1/2 cup(s) halved and thinly sliced onion
12 small flour tortillas
1/4 cup(s) chopped cilantro

Steps:

  • Spray 4 qt slow cooker with cooking spray. In a 10" skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook pork in oil 6 - 8 minutes, or until brown on both sides. Place pork in slow cooker. Cover; cook on low heat setting 7 - 8 hours or until pork pulls apart easily with fork.
  • Remove pork from slow cooker; shred pork. Reserve 1/4 cup liquid in slow cooker; discard remaining liquid. Stir pork, salsa, chili powder, and cumin into liquid in slow cooker.
  • In medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, and salt. Gently stir in avocado and onion. To serve, place pork in tortillas; top with avocado-onion slaw and chopped cilantro.
