Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350. Mix together flour, cocoa, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, and nutmeg. Whisk egg and sugar until smooth. Whisk in vanilla, then add bananas and milk. Add dry ingredients until the batter comes together. Add melted butter, then stir in melted chocolate. Toss chocolate chips with flour, then fold into batter. Bake 55-60 minutes. Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips. Let cool 1-2 hours before cutting.
