This is a great healthy way to love chicken.I came up with this idea because I wanted to make something healthy and different for my family.

Steps:
- 1. slice the lemons,bell peppers and onions ,chop green onions
- 2. put the cherry tomato bell peppers and white onion on tooth picks like you are making an shish kabob
- 3. put a cap full of olive oil on each piece of chicken then add the salt,lemon pepper,and parsley
- 4. first place the sliced lemons on the chicken then place the tiny shish kabobs on the chicken and around.
- 5. sprinkle green onions all over and around the chicken cover and bake for an hour and a half until the chicken is golden make sure it is all the way done.uncover about 15 min before its done.the picture shows broccoli and spinach this is just something I tried in it. I do not normal add these things in this. it was just the only picture I had of this.
