SOUR CREAM BANANA BREAD image

Yield 2 loafs

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 stick of butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups banana
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • 1. Cream together butter and sugar 2. Add eggs and vanilla 3. Add dry ingredients; mix 4. Add mashed bananas and sour cream 5. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes
