Steps:
- Saute garlic and mushrooms in 1 tbsp of the olive oil with the salt, pepper and creole spice. After the garlic starts to brown a little, add the soy sauce and parmesan. Let simmer a few minutes. Meanwhile, mix the flour with a tablespoon or two of warm water. Add this to the mixture in the pan and stir 'til slightly thick. Add the sour cream last and immediately take off the heat.
