My Mother-in-law used to make this wonderful salad for all our family gatherings.

Steps:
- 1. Combine all Veggies. Set aside.
- 2. Cook Dressing ingredients until Sugar is disolved. Let cool then pour over Veggies and refridgerate overnight.
