RANDI’S PUMPKIN BREAD image

Number Of Ingredients 12

3 1/3 cup flour
2 tsp. Baking soda
½ tsp. Baking powder
1 ½ tsp. Salt
3 cups sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
cinnamon, nutmeg,-guestimate
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 can pumpkin (15oz.)
2/3 cup orange juice
1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

Steps:

  • Preheat over to 350 degrees. Mix sugar, oil, egg , vanilla and pumpkin-set aside Mix dry ingredients Gradually add dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture alternating with orange juice Mix well Add chocolate chips Pour into well greased and floured loaf pans (3) Cook at 350 for approx. 50 min, dependinbg on pans ( do not overcook, check at 30 min- to see progress)
