Quick Cheeseburger Bake image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped (3/4 cup)
1 (12-ounce) package condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 cup frozen peas and carrots, if desired
1/4 cup milk
2 cups Original Bisquick®
3/4 cup water
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400°. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Cook beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown drain. Stir in soup, vegetables and milk remove from heat.2. Stir Bisquick and water in baking dish until moistened spread evenly. Spread beef mixture over batter. Sprinkle with cheese.3.
