This is a popular Employees Only creation made of cachaça, lime juice, jalapeño-infused green Chartreuse, Benedictine and agave nectar.

Steps:
- Place jalapeno in a small saucepan. Add Chartreuse and bring to a boil. Immediately remove from heat, remove jalapeno and allow infusion to cool.
- Pour 1/2 ounce of infusion (there will be extra) and remaining liquids into a mixing glass. Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with thyme.
