Lazy Lover image

This is a popular Employees Only creation made of cachaça, lime juice, jalapeño-infused green Chartreuse, Benedictine and agave nectar.

Yield 1 drink

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 fresh jalapeno, cut into thin wheels
1 cup green Chartreuse
1 1/2 ounces cachaça, preferably Leblon
1/2 ounce Benedictine
1/2 ounce agave nectar
1 ounce fresh lime juice
Sprig of fresh thyme

Steps:

  • Place jalapeno in a small saucepan. Add Chartreuse and bring to a boil. Immediately remove from heat, remove jalapeno and allow infusion to cool.
  • Pour 1/2 ounce of infusion (there will be extra) and remaining liquids into a mixing glass. Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with thyme.
