PORK CHOPS WITH WINE AND TOMATOES image

onions
olive oil
1 large can of tomatoes dices/stewed
1/2 C red wine
1 can black olives
1/2 stick butter
pork chops

Steps:

  • First, sweat some onions in olive oil. Throw in a can of diced or stewed tomatoes (large). Throw in about a half to a cup of decent red wine; don't worry, the alcohol dissipates. Open up a can of black olives and add to sauce. Add a half stick of butter to thicken. Let sauce cook down a bit. Put the pork chops in the sauce mixture and cook till pork chops are done. Serve with a nice loaf of bread and a salad
