Steps:
- Preheat oil in a wok or large saute pan over high heat. Add meat and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Add egg and stir fry until curds start to form. Add steamed rice, onion, tomato, and scallion. Stir fry briefly until vegetables are lightly cooked. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and pepper to taste. Serve with thinly sliced cucumber, chopped tomato, thinly sliced scallion, and a wedge of lime.
