Great Chicken Salad image

This is the greatest chicken salad I've ever had and the easiest I've ever made.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 cooked, boneless chicken breast halves, chopped
¼ cup mayonnaise
4 tablespoons cole slaw dressing
½ lemon, juiced
1 stalk celery, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • In a food processor, combine the chicken, mayonnaise, coleslaw dressing, lemon juice and celery.
  • Blend until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate until chilled.
