Steps:
- 1. Cut the baby back ribs into one bone pieces.
- 2. Heat the oil to deep fry the ribs.
- 3. Mix the flour and spices in a bowl and set aside.
- 4. Dip the bones in buttermilk.
- 5. Coat the bones with the flour mixture.
- 6. Put 4 or 5 coated bones at a time in hot oil and fry to a golden brown.
- 7. Toss in a bowl with the barbeque sauce.
