Yield 2 bowls

Number Of Ingredients 5

2-3 medium Fuji Apples
2 ounces Brandy
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
Ice cream (if desired)

When the brandy has been soaked into the apples, warm the butter in a skillet until it is evenly melted. Turn the heat up to medium high, and gently place the apple slices into the skillet, they should sizzle. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of brown sugar over the top of the apples as they cook. After two minutes, flip the slices gently, and apply the rest of the brown sugar. Cook the slices until they are golden brown. Serve with ice cream if desired
