3/4 c chopped celery
3/4 c chopped giblets (the neck, heart, gizzard, and liver of poultry)
2 Tbsp butter
2 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1/2 c water

Steps:

  • 1. Cook the celery in the butter until somewhat tender.
  • 2. Bend soup, water, and giblets into the celery.
  • 3. Heat thoroughly, stirring often.
