This is a special recipe from a good friend. Everyone gobbles up these minty brownies.

Steps:
- 1. Make brownies from scratch using recipe on Nestle or Hersey cocoa container. Or, use your favorite boxed brownie mix. Use a recipe for at least an 11 x 7 pan or 13 x 9 pan. Bake and cool completely.
- 2. Mint Layer: Using electric mixer beat confectioners sugar, 1/2 cup butter and Creme De Menthe until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies. Refrigerate to firm up mint layer.
- 3. Frosting Layer: Melt 6 Tbls. butter and 1 cup chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Cool. Pour and spread over mint layer. Keep brownies refrigerated to keep chocolate firm.
- 4. Remove from refrigerator about 20 minutes before serving.
