Swiss Chicken image

Number Of Ingredients 5

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 ounces cream cheese
Swiss cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Steps:

  • Season chicken with salt, garlic and pepper, then fry in Dutch oven with a small amount of oil. Mix soup, cream cheese and sour cream together in sauce pan and heat until smooth. Place Swiss cheese on chicken then pour sauce over top. Heat on medium burner until cheese is melted. Serve over rice.
