Steps:
- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the butter and mix until mixture forms small crumbs. Add egg and heavy cream and using a fork, gently stir until dough holds together. Add cranberries and apricots. You may need more cream. (Do not over mix.) Form into golf ball size balls and place on parchment paper. Brush tops with cream and bake until golden brown. 12 to 15 min. May store up to 4 days. Warm before serving in microwave 10-15 seconds or 350 degree oven.
