Corn Pudding image

My kids and son-in-laws love this recipe! We have corn pudding on a regular basis at our Sunday Night Family Dinners.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 can(s) whole kernel corn, 12 ounce
2 can(s) cream style corn, 17 ounce
5 eggs, lightly beaten
4 Tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp onion, minced
1/2 c butter, melted
1/2 c milk

Steps:

  • 1. Lightly beat egg and mix all the ingredients together.
  • 2. Pour mixture into 3 quart casserole dish.
  • 3. Bake at 400 for 1 hour. Stir after 30 minutes
