HAMBURGER GOULASH

Hamburger Goulash image

MISSOURI GOULASH

Missouri Goulash image

My older sister brought this recipe home from her Mother-in-law 50+years ago. It's especially appropriate in these current hard times, extending a pound of hamburger into several servings. It's a one pot wonder, although I usually add crescent rolls or biscuits to round it out. This is a go to meal, I use lots during harvest, and like any good goulash is better the next day.
