MISSISSIPPI CORN BREAD image

1 cup self-rising corn meal
1 sm can of cream style corn
1 sm container of sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a baking dish or muffin tin and bake at 425 for about 30 minutes. The top should be a golden brown when ready
