- Preheat grill to 450 degrees F. Roll or pat pizza dough into a 14-inch circle on a sheet of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Brush dough with olive oil.
- Sprinkle on oregano and lemon zest. Add green pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, olives, feta, and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill 15 to 20 minutes in covered grill over indirect heat.

GRILLED MEDITERRANEAN GREEK PIZZA WITH SUNDRIED TOMATO CHICKEN SAUSAGE
Steps:
- 1. Preheat grill on medium setting. 2. Place sausages on an oiled grill rack, set 4 to 5 inches over heat. Grill, using the direct grill method, turning links with tongs, until cooked throughout, about 7 to 9 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Cool slightly and cut into 1/4 to 1/2-inch slices. 3. Brush both sides of pizza crust with olive oil. Gently place pizza crust, top-side down on grill rack. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes until crust is warm. Turn crust over. 4. Quickly spread pizza sauce on cooked side of pizza crust, then arrange sliced sausage on top of crust. Sprinkle with cheese and oregano. Grill over direct medium heat. Cover with grill lid or tent with foil. 5. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes or until toppings are warm and cheese has melted. Cut into wedges and serve.

Steps:
- In small bowl, mix oil, salt, pepper sauce and garlic; reserve 1 tablespoon. To remaining oil mixture, add basil, onions and tomatoes; toss. Cover; let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
- Heat gas or charcoal grill. Divide dough in half. On floured surface, roll each half into 8-inch round. Place dough rounds on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until bottoms of crusts begin to brown.
- Remove crusts from grill, and place browned sides up on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush reserved oil mixture evenly over crusts. Top with tomato mixture, cheeses and olives.
- Slide pizzas from cookie sheet onto grill. Cover grill; cook 2 to 4 minutes or until bottoms of crusts are brown and cheese is melted. (If crusts brown too quickly, place a piece of foil between crusts and grill.)

GRILLED GREEK PIZZA
Working on healthy recipes for my husband who recently had surgery to remove a cancerous tumor in his colon. Vegetables, fresh and organic are my choice. Summer time is for grilling, thus the pizza.

Steps:
- 1. Prepare charcoal grill with coals in lowest position. Roll out dough in shape desired.
- 2. Mix all ingredients for Tzatziki sauce. Spread thin layer over pizza dough (about 1/2 cup).
- 3. Thin slice tomatoes and set aside. Chop all other vegetables, drizzle with olive oil and place in grill pan on grill. Lightly grill until warmed, but not soft. Remove from grill and spread chopped vegetables over Tzatziki covered dough.
- 4. Place sliced tomatoes on top of vegetables and sprinkle with feta cheese and olives. Place on grill. Close lid on grill for 15 minutes or until dough is cooked through.
