4 servings cooking spray (5 one second sprays per serving, or enough to coat chicken.
1 pound uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, four 4 ounce pieces
3 oz Boar's Head smoked ham, 4 3/4 ounce slices

Steps:

  • Preheat Oven to 400 place chicken breasts between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and pund to 1/4 inch thickness; remove plastic wrap. Arrange 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on each chicken breast.
