I am always looking for new and delicious ways to prepare pork chops. These are delicious, easy to put together and use things that are in most people's pantries. A real family pleaser. Serve with rice pilaf and a green vegetable.

1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 cup creamy caesar salad dressing
4 pork loin chops with bone (1/2 inch thick)
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese (1 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375*F. Spray a 12 X 8 inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In pie pan or shallow dish, mix flour and Italian seasoning. Pour dressing into another pie pan or shallow dish.
  • Coat both sides of each pork chop with the flour mixture; dip into dressing, coating both sides well. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Discard any remaining flour and dressing.
  • Bake uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.

1 cup penne pasta, uncooked
2 bone-in pork chops (3/4 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing, divided
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese, divided
1 cup tightly packed baby spinach leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes

Steps:

  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until very hot. Top chops evenly with 2 Tbsp. dressing and 1/4 cup cheese; press cheese into dressing to secure. Add chops, cheese sides down, to skillet; cook 4 min. on each side or until done (145ºF). Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
  • Drain pasta; add to skillet with spinach and garlic. Cook and stir 1 min. or just until spinach is wilted. Stir in remaining dressing, cheese and tomatoes; cook and stir 1 min. or until heated through. Serve with chops.

1/4 c all purpose flour
1/2 tsp dried italian seasoning
1/2 c bottled creamy caesar salad dressing
4 1/2 inch thick bone in pork chops
fresh grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 375. Spray 2 quart glass baking dish with non stick cooking spray. In shallow dish, combine flour & Italian seasoning; mix well. Pour salad dressing into another shallow dish. Dip both sides of chops into flour mixture, coating well. Dip in salad dressing, coating well. Place in sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
