2 cups toasted bread, cubes
1 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) package sliced kraft natural swiss cheese, cut into strips
1/4 cup toasted almond

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Pour into a greased baking casserole dish.
  • Bake, covered, for 10 minutes at 350.
  • Remove cover and bake an additional 25-30 minutes, or until cheese melts but does not burn.
  • If you don't like your celery"crunchy" you'd want to brown it in some butter beforehand and then continue with recipe.

1 (10 ounce) package Stove Top stuffing mix (any kind)
4 cooked chicken breasts (or 1 pint of canned turkey or chicken)
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 eggs
1 cup milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Make stuffing according to directions.
  • Put 1/2 of the stuffing in the bottom of an 8x11 baking pan.
  • Shred or chop the chicken/turkey into 1 inch pieces and place over the stuffing layer.
  • Mix soup, mayo, sour cream together and spread over the chicken/turkey.
  • Spread the remaining stuffing over the soup layer.
  • Beat the two eggs with the 1 cup of milk and pour over all.
  • Bake 1 hours.

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
¼ cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package dry bread stuffing mix
½ cup melted butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

1/2 c slivered almonds, toasted

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In laege bowl, combine all ingredients except nuts. Pour into 2 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
