- Combine the flavor packet from the soup mix with the vinegar, sugar, and oil in a 2-quart or larger serving bowl.
- Using a whisk, beat until well blended.
- Add the broccoli slaw and ramen noodles, breaking the noodles into small pieces.
- Toss well to coat with dressing, then garnish with nuts and seeds as desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving.

- 1. Mix together the oil, vinegar and sugar until well-blended. Set aside.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli slaw and sliced apples. Pour the vinegar dressing over the slaw and gently toss until everything is evenly coated. Add nuts & dried cranberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
