- In blender, place ingredients. Cover; blend on medium speed until smooth. Add more honey to taste if desired.

STRAWBERRIES IN ORANGE JUICE
Steps:
- Stem the strawberries and put them in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with the sugar and pour over the juice. Cover and leave to macerate several hours or overnight before serving.
STRAWBERRY OJ
Steps:
- Add the frozen strawberries and orange juice to the carafe of a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 tall drinking glasses and garnish with an orange wheel.
STRAWBERRY-ORANGE-BANANA SMOOTHIE

- Put 1/2 cup orange juice in blender.
- Add strawberries and banana.
- Blend until smooth, adding up to 1/2 cup additional orange juice if necessary to obtain desired consistency (I prefer to use 1 full cup orange juice).
- Serve.
- Makes enough for 1 large smoothie or 2 small smoothies.
MONGOLIAN STRAWBERRY-ORANGE JUICE SMOOTHIE
My friend gave this to me once when I was at her house, and I tried it at home. You don't have to follow this exactly at all! You can add more strawberries, if you like.
