Steps:
- In saute pan over high heat, add olive oil and hot links. Sear links until browned. Add the shrimp and cook until pink. Lower heat to medium. Then add cream, 3/4 of the Chipotle Sauce, salt and pepper. Add cooked pasta and the cheese. Toss to combine.
- Serve in pasta bowl and garnish with diced tomato, scallions, more sauce, if desired, and grated Parmesan.
- Combine all ingredients in blender, puree, cover and refrigerate.

- In a large bowl, toss together the shrimp with the olive oil, Cajun seasoning, brown sugar and minced chipotles in adobo sauce. Mix well to fully coat the shrimp. Cover and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes. Grilling Method: Preheat an outdoor grill to medium and barbecue shrimp until they curl up and turn pink. These may be threaded on oil-rubbed or water-soaked wooden skewers. In the meantime prepare the Chipotle Mayonnaise. Serve shrimp with dip.
