Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease two 7 1/2 x 3 3/4 x 2 1/4 -inch loaf pans.In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, wheat germ, baking powder, salt and baking soda set aside.In a medium bowl, mix milk, water, brown sugar and molasses until blended. Stir into flour mixture until flour is moistened. Spread in pans.Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on wire racks. Wrap and store overnight to soften crust before serving. Serve at room temperature.
