Vanilla - Chocolate - and Butterscotch Pudding Mixes Recipe - (5/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 20

VANILLA
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
CHOCOLATE
1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cocoa
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
BUTTERSCOTCH
2 cups packed brown sugar
2/3 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Vanilla: mix sugar,cornstarch and salt with 2 c milk cook over medium heat until it thickens and comes to a boil boil 1 minute remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour into a bowl and place wax paper on top,Chill. Chocolate: mix sugar,cornstarch,salt and cocoa with 2 c milk. Butterscotch: Mix brown sugar,cornstarch and salt with 2 c milk. Cook same as vanilla and chocolate but also adding the butter at the end.
