TYLER'S PIZZA DOUGH image

Yield 1 pizza

Number Of Ingredients 5

100g white bread flour
70g water
1g yeast
1g salt
Plus extra flour for turning the dough

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and then knead the dough once the mixture gets thick (use the hook attachment for a stand mixer). Form the dough into a ball, then let it rise at room temperature for 4 hours. Once the dough has risen, knock it down and then break it into fist-sized balls for each individual pizza. Cover with sauce, cheese, and toppings and cook on a 500-degree pizza stone for about 5 minutes. Done!
