TOBY TRUJILLO'S GREEN CHILE image

Number Of Ingredients 11

4-8 Green Chilies, chopped
1 15 oz can peeled tomatoes, diced, undrained
4-5 med potato, diced
1 onion, chopped
pepper
Chicken bouillion, 1 C water
1# stew meat
1# pork
salt
fresh garlic
cilantro, cumin optional per Diane

Steps:

  • Brown meat. Place in crock pot. Saute onion and garlic until translucent. Deglaze w/sherry. Add tomatoes, green chiles, potatoes. Add chicken broth. Crock pot on low all day.
