Tasty Turkey Pinwheels image

This is a hit at parties, of course you can make it with any cold cuts, but my kids love turkey.

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 large flour tortillas
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 c shredded chedder cheese
1 small can of red pimentos chopped
8 slices of turkey breast, not too thin

Steps:

  • 1. mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese and the chopped red pimentos
  • 2. lay a tortilla on a board, spread the mix thinly, place 2 slices of the turkey side by side...and tightly roll. cut into 1 inch pieces and place on a platter...it's that simple... and soo good...
