Szechuan Beef & Snow Peas image

What can I say about this recipe? This is some "good stuff". Boneless tender steak mixed with snow peas and onions? A combination that will certainly have your mouth watering just looking at the picture of it. A perfect mixture of ingredients that will have you asking for seconds.....and third helpings.

2 Tbsp cornstarch, divided
3 Tbsp kikkoman soy sauce, divided
1 Tbsp dry sherry
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c water
1/4 to 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
