Sweet Potato Pineapple Bake Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 can cut sweet potatoes, drained
1 can crushed pineapple
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons magarine, melted
3/4 cup miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mash sweet potatoes. Stir in remaining ingredients except marshmallows. Tranfer to greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 375 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake 5 minutes longer.
