Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm butter with sugar, salt, cumin, cayenne, and 1 T water. Stir until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved, about 2 minutes. Add nuts and continue to cook, stirring frequently for 5 more minutes. Spread the nuts on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until fragrant and golden. Cool completely.
