Colorful ~ Tasty ~ Coleslaw image

One of my families favorite slaws ~ Quite appealing to the eye as well... Enjoy!

Time 15m

Number Of Ingredients 9

6 c shredded cabbage
1 c shredded carrots or i julienne mine
1/2 c each - chopped, celery - red onion and green pepper
1 c mayonnaise
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 1/2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp each - dijon & yellow mustard
salt & pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, add all veggies and toss.
  • 2. In a med bowl, whisk all dressing ingredient until well blended.
  • 3. Pour over veggies and toss to coat. Chill for at least 3 hours. I sprinkle with some paprika before serving.
  • 4. Enjoy!
