Steps:
- Combine peanut butter, sugar and egg in a bowl.
- Using a melon baller or small spoon, scoop small balls of dough onto non-stick baking sheet or parchment paper.
- Flatten slightly with a fork and crosshatch pattern on top.
- Bake at 325 F for 14 minutes or until slightly browned.
- Cool on rack.
