SUE MILLER'S POTATO HASH BROWN CASSEROLE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 lbs frozen hash browns
1 stick melted butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
a small container of sour cream
corn flake crumbs

Steps:

  • Mix all in 9x13 pan. On top mix butter with cornflakes crumbs. Bake uncovered 350 for 1 1/2 hrs. Check after 1 hour ten minutes. If refrigerated, reheat 30 minutes.
