Strawberry Marshmallow Fluff image

I serve this with brownies. The marshmallow part is made with agave nectar, which is a much healthier form of sugar...but you would never know it! My boyfriend's family loved it. I hope you do, too.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 cup(s) agave syrup
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1 package(s) gelatin, unflavored
1 box(es) instant cheesecake pudding mix
6 ounce(s) strawberry yogurt
1 cup(s) skim milk
1 1/2 cup(s) strawberries, sliced

Steps:

  • Dissolve 1 packet of unflavored gelatin in 3 Tbsp water and microwave for 8 seconds.
  • With the wire whisk attachment, combine agave syrup, vanilla, and gelatin. Beat on high for 10 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
  • In the meantime, combine pudding mix, yogurt, and milk in a large bowl.
  • Fold in agave marshmallow mixture. Fold in the sliced strawberries.
  • Spoon into serving cups/dishes or layer over a cooled brownie and cut into squares.
