Steak With Onion Gravy and Baby Potatoes image

So I once again just kind of threw stuff together to create a slow cooker meal that is fast and easy to put together. The meat is so tender it falls apart. The family loved this creation so I wanted to share! I had a dollop of sour cream on the side.

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 1/2 pound(s) bottom round steak, cut into smaller pieces and fat trimmed
2 pound(s) baby potatoes
1 large yellow onion, rough chopped
1 package(s) onion soup mix
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup(s) beef broth
1 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon(s) dry mustard
1-2 teaspoon(s) hot sauce of choice
seasoning salt to taste
ground pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Place potatoes in slow cooker. Sprinkle onion ontop.
  • Sprinkle one side of steaks with seasoning salt and pepper. Place seasoned side down on top of vegetables.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix together soup mix, canned soup, broth, worcestershire sauce, dry mustard and hot sauce. Pour over top of everything as evenly as possible to cover meat.
  • Cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve and enjoy!
