Speedy Ground Beef Salpicon image

In this speedy way to enjoy Tex-Mex, toss ground beef, cilantro and fresh veggies together before topping your tostada shell and finishing with cheese.

1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
6 cups shredded romaine lettuce
3 large plum tomatoes (3/4 lb.), seeded, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
juice from 1 large lime
12 tostada shells
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1 large avocado, sliced

Steps:

  • Brown meat in skillet; drain. Cool completely.
  • Toss lettuce with tomatoes, onions and cilantro in large bowl. Add meat, dressing and lime juice; mix lightly.
  • Spoon onto tostada shells; top with cheese and avocados.
