- Combine first 3 ingredients in shallow dish. Add chicken, 1 piece at a time; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet, reserving drippings in skillet; cover chicken to keep warm.
- Add vegetables to drippings in skillet; cook and stir on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in pasta sauce. Return chicken to skillet; spoon sauce mixture over chicken. Simmer 10 to 15 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Drain spaghetti; place on platter. Top with chicken and sauce; sprinkle with cheese.
