Southwest Crescent Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pound(s) ground beef
1 can(s) chili beans in chili sauce
1 can(s) chili seasoned stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup(s) mexicorn-style corn
1 package(s) refrigerated crescent rolls
1/2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven 375'
  • Heat a Large non-stick Skillet Add Ground Beef
  • Cook 8-10 minutes stir occasionally after breaking into pieces pour off grease drippings
  • Stir in beans,tomatoes,corn bring to a boil cook 10 minutes or until liquid evaporates
  • Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles place narrow tops to center into 8 triangles line 9 inch pie plate with dough
  • Firmly press dough together to form a crust
  • Bake 375' oven 10 minutes Remove from Oven
  • Spoon Beef mixture into crust sprinkle with cheese
  • Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are browned and cheese is melted
