Smores Rice Krispie Roll ups image

Sweet and sticky treat

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 10.5 oz bag mini marshmellows
1/4 c butter
5 c rice krispies cereal
1 c graham cracker crumbs
7 oz jar marshmallow creme
6 hershey bars

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven 200 degrees. Line a jellyrolll pan with wax paper and spray it with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • 2. Combine the marshmallows and butter in a bowl and microwave until melted. Stir in the cereal and graham cracker crumbs. Press the mixture into a square on the wax paper lined jelly roll pan.
  • 3. Spread the marshmallow creme over the rice krispy mixture. Lay the Hershey bars across the marshmallow creme. Place in oven for about 3 to 5 minutes until melted.
  • 4. Spread the chocolate over the top. Let cool 10 minutes. Roll into a log starting with the long side. Place seam side down in the fridge until hardened. Cut into rounds.
