I was hesitant to post because it calls for Cincinnati style chili and I know it isn't available everywhere. Steps:
- 1. Spread cream cheese to cover bottom of pie plate or shallow 8x8 dish.
- 2. Pour chili over cream cheese.
- 3. Cover with shredded cheddar. Microwave for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted. People also cook this in the oven but I never have since the microwave is much faster and usually when I'm making this people are ready to eat it:). Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!!
