A simple cannabis butter that you can make for all of your cannabis cooking. I make 2oz butter pucks in weed molds. This is just the right amount to use for brownies, cookies, gummy etc.

Steps:
- 1. Decarboxylation ( decarb ) of your cannabis flower Preheat oven 220 Break up or grind your flower and set in a glass pan or sheet pan covered it and put in the oven for 20 mins If using old or low quality (shake) bake for 35-40 mins I ues a decarb box that came with my 420 Infuser
- 2. Butter 1lbs and 4 Tablespoons of Coconut oil Kerry gold butter or *Ghee butter Melt your oil before you add to your 420 infuser or Crockpot
- 3. Lecithin 2 Tablespoons You can use soy or sunflower Lecithin
- 4. Put decarb flower, melted butter/oil, Lecithin into 420 infuser and hit butter button for 2 hrs Or place all ingredients into slow cooker on low for 8 hrs
- 5. When infusion process is done you'll stain oil though 420 flitter or a cheese cloth.
- 6. You can pour your strained butter into molds or mason jar. Pull out the Cannabis butter when you need it for recipes or to put on food. I make 2oz butter pucks. This is just the right amount to use for brownies, cookies, gummy etc.
