This is a great, versatile make-ahead recipe. I often double the batch and freeze dinner-sized portions to use later in spaghetti sauce, Swedish meatballs, and bbq meatball subs. They can also be made smaller for appetizers.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking dishes with aluminum foil (optional, for easier clean-up).
- 2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Use a small cookie scoop to make balls of the meat mixture. Place meatballs 1 inch apart in baking dishes.
- 3. Bake approx 15 minutes, or until browned (depending, of course, on the size of the meatballs.
- 4. The meatballs will peel right off the foil if you let them cool a minute or two. These can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
